About Mountain View RV and Boat Storage
Boat season and camping season both have a way of arriving faster than you expect, and getting your rig in and out shouldn’t be the hard part. Mountain View RV and Boat Storage, at 15653 Co Rd 4 in Brighton, CO 80603, is built with that in mind, sitting on more than 50 acres in the northeast part of town just off County Road 4, about 0.6 miles from the property. The pull-through layout means you drive straight in and straight out, no backing up required when you’re hooking up for a weekend trip or bringing everything home after. It’s a convenient spot for RV and boat owners in Lochbuie and Fort Lupton, and for those throughout the surrounding Brighton area who need a place close to home base.
RVs, Boats, Campers, Motorhomes, Trailers and Jet Skis at 15653 Co Rd 4
This family-owned outdoor lot, open since 2015, takes a wide range of equipment: RVs and motorhomes, campers and toy haulers, boats, trailers, jet skis, and tractor trailers too. Site owners are welcome to ask about other items that don’t fit neatly into those categories. Storage lanes run from 20 feet up to 80 feet long, and every lane measures at least 11.5 feet wide, so there’s real room to maneuver and park without feeling boxed in next to your neighbor. Near the front of the property on County Road 4, an RV dump station serves tenants and the general public alike, and propane is available for purchase on site. Both come with their own separate fee, and monthly storage bills can be paid online.
Security and Access
Fencing runs the full perimeter of the property, and the entry gate opens only with a PIN code assigned to each customer. The gate area is well lit, and cameras record around the clock to an off-site server. Because access runs 24/7, you can pick up or drop off your boat or camper whenever your schedule, or the weather, actually allows.
What makes this location work isn’t just the space, it’s where that space sits. Being just off County Road 4 in northeast Brighton puts you close enough to Lochbuie and Fort Lupton that loading up for a trip doesn’t feel like a chore, and the wide, pull-through lanes mean the property itself stays easy to navigate no matter what you’re pulling.
