With 25 years of leadership experience, Marsha has held senior roles including Director of eCommerce and Director of Revenue Management for a multi-brand hotel company at the corporate level. She has successfully launched and operated two small businesses, spent two years in business development for a commercial real estate firm, and joined RecNation in 2024 as Manager of Business Development. Her career has been driven by building people, partnerships, and sustainable growth.

She holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Accounting from SMU’s Cox School of Business, is a licensed CPA, and serves on the SMU Folsom Real Estate Associate Board.
