With 25 years of leadership experience, Marsha has held senior roles including Director of eCommerce and Director of Revenue Management for a multi-brand hotel company at the corporate level. She has successfully launched and operated two small businesses, spent two years in business development for a commercial real estate firm, and joined RecNation in 2024 as Manager of Business Development. Her career has been driven by building people, partnerships, and sustainable growth.

Vice President Corporate Development & Acquisitions
Liz Crowell joined RecNation in February 2023 and leads property management, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships. She previously worked in corporate development at Tasty Restaurant Group and in M&A transaction services at Deloitte. She holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Accounting from SMU’s Cox School of Business, is a licensed CPA, and serves on the SMU Folsom Real Estate Associate Board.
