About Sedalia RV Storage
A full-length motorhome or a boat riding on a trailer needs more than a leftover corner of pavement, it needs a space built to fit its footprint. Sedalia RV Storage, at 5469 N Peterson Rd in Sedalia, CO 80135, sets aside spaces sized for exactly that kind of rig. The lot sits near Delva Way and North Huxtable Street, with US-85 about 0.1 mi away for an easy pull-in or pull-out. That location makes it convenient for RV and boat owners in Castle Pines, Roxborough Park, Highlands Ranch and Castle Rock who need a place to keep a rig without hauling it far from home.
RV, Boat, Camper, Motorhome, Trailer and Jet Ski Storage at 5469 N Peterson Rd
This outdoor yard takes recreational vehicles, boats, campers, motorhomes, trailers and jet skis, and it will work in non-recreational units when space allows. Each space is set on a rock surface and marked out with rope, with lengths running from 20 to 40 feet, plus 45- and 50-foot spaces for the longer rigs. An RV dump station is available to every storage customer at no added cost, useful for clearing tanks after a trip before you head home or head out again.
Security and Access
The property is gated, and entry runs on a computerized code issued to each customer individually. That code does double duty: it opens the gate and lets management track who is coming and going, working alongside 24/7 security cameras and on-site management as an extra layer of oversight. Access hours run from early morning into the evening, seven days a week, so plan your visits within that window.
On the day you finally pack up and drive off, what matters is not fighting for space to maneuver a long motorhome or a boat and trailer combo out of a tight row. With sizes built for full-length rigs, a marked rock surface that keeps spaces clear and defined, and a dump station to empty tanks before you go, leaving here is straightforward rather than stressful.
