I called and spoke with Rose. She was friendly, easy to talk to, and eager to answer all my questions. After discussing all the pieces of furniture we have to move, She recommended a 15 footer, because it has a ramp. She located one, reserved it, and sent all of the information to my email. Fast, Friendly and Efficient. Its been a rough week, Im so Thankful, she was the one to help me. We were laughing by the time we hung up. She turned a stressful situation into a Joyful one. I was having problems with the online sign up link for a reserved unit on the verge of tears and I was laughing by the end of the phone call. Everything was explained so clearly- I got all my codes and receipts and he even guided me through the lease on the phone explaining everything that pinged just a shred of anxiety with the most calm understanding voice providing clear and helpful instruction without rushing me or making me feel like I was just being "goofy". I left with the unit of my dreams feeling super secure and safe. Chase provided such a good impression of the company and now my first TAKE OF MIDGARD is truly that I can trust you all with my most precious items I can't hold myself. THANK YOU THANK YOU!
