About Elite Storage
Most HOAs in Lafayette simply will not allow an RV, trailer or boat to sit in the driveway for long, and that leaves a lot of owners scrambling for a place to park a rig legally. Elite Storage, at 1260 E South Boulder Rd, Lafayette, CO 80026, near South 120th Street, gives you that space without the neighborhood headaches. The facility sits about 1.2 miles from US-287 and roughly 1.8 miles from CO-7, an easy pull-through for most trailers and trucks. That location is convenient for RV and boat owners in Broomfield, Westminster, Thornton and Boulder who need a dependable place to keep their equipment close to home.
RV and Boat Storage at 1260 E South Boulder Rd
Elite Storage sets aside space for RVs, campers, motorhomes, trailers, boats and jet skis, giving owners of larger recreational equipment a real alternative to squeezing a rig into a garage or driveway. Drive-up access makes loading and unloading gear straightforward, and climate-controlled units are also available for anything that needs to stay out of the weather. Daily access runs from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., so there is a workable window for hitching up before a weekend trip or unloading after one.
Security and Access
The property is watched by security cameras around the clock and enclosed by perimeter fencing, with lighting across the grounds to help you feel at ease whether you are dropping off a boat at dusk or picking up a trailer early in the morning.
