They had good prices and a nice location. We appreciated the diagonal parking they have and they upgraded paved road the lot. They also have a very nice gate and touch pad which works reliably. Unfortunately, the maintenance of the upper lot was at times an issue, with our spot often being washed out behind our rig, with deep ruts, so re-entry on the diagonal was sometimes an issue and they provide nobody to contact for maintenance. They do seem to attempt to repair the lot annually, but the maintenance needs to be doubled, IMHO. When we signed up we had a very fair below market price which went from $55/month to $100/month over 5 years for a 40' spot. My biggest gripe was that they provide nothing more than an email address to discontinue service with them and they don't seem to reply to that email. So I emailed and called and left messages and HOPEFULLY our account is cancelled, but I cancelled the ACH with the bank just in case. Its a beautiful location and has the potential to be the best parking/storage lot around … but lets actually provide some actual customer service PLEASE !!! Update 7/10/20: they actually did call me back and confirmed my account was cancelled, and even sent a refund check for the prorated time left … so I am upgrading to 4 stars.

Stores our truck camper here for 1 1/2 years and was treated very well. Special accommodations to help us get it stored before we left town. Beautiful location and well maintained spaces.
