Our Simple Selling Process
1. Sign
After you sign the PSA, we begin due diligence and we’ll review your documents and follow up with any questions.
2. Notify
Two weeks before closing, you’ll notify tenants. We’ll introduce ourselves and request utility account info to prepare for a smooth handoff.
3. Close
Closing takes just 60 days. RecNation will be on-site to ensure a smooth transition and finish transferring tenants and utility accounts.
