Thank you is not enough for the service and customer appreciation we received here from the manager. Her name is Honesty and she is the friendliest and understanding representative of the company. We had a spot for our RV here only temporary while we waited for repairs and parts to arrive. The storage is clean and easy to park a large 40 ft RV. The parking is angled so backing in is very simple. They also keep you updated on issues like the hurricane via text messages. We don’t give out many 5 star reviews but when we do we mean it. I had to adjust my original reservation and then my departure date changed due to a delay in getting back to pick up my rig. They made this a painless effort and were eager to meet my needs. When we dropped it off our site had another vehicle parked in it and they quickly found us another (with plug in) so we were able to get on our way. I’d definitely use their facility again.
