Overall it's a good storage unit. Easy access now that the gas station construction is over and makes it easier to fill up boat and rv right there (they even have nonethanol for the boat at that gas station next door). Gravel with no trees to worry about staining, but does get a lot of sun with that being said. Pick your enemy. I wish it was a little cheaper, but they did lower the rates to match others nearby so I jumped in.. More value for the $.
