The program. RecNation sends text messages to people who ask us to help them find boat, RV or trailer storage. Messages relate to your storage inquiry — for example, telling you a facility near you has become available, or letting you know a facility will be in touch.

How to join. Tick the text-message box on our storage inquiry form and give us your mobile number. Ticking the box is optional; you can use RecNation without it.

Message frequency. Varies with your inquiry. Most people receive fewer than five messages per inquiry.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. RecNation does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.

How to stop. Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you. You will receive one confirmation message and nothing after that. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at privacy@rvsholdings.com or 844-466-3232. Opting out of texts does not remove you from the rest of the service.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive text messages to use RecNation.

Carriers. Supported on major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your information. See our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile number, or your consent to receive text messages, with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Where you have asked us to find you storage, we share your contact details with partner facilities solely so they can respond to that request.

Changes. We may update these terms. The effective date below shows when they last changed.
