Due to an unforeseen change in circumstances, I needed to move a lot of difficult equipment in a short period of time, including a project car that doesn’t always start up right away. When I came into the office to take care of the paperwork, I was stressed and honestly a bit frantic. Shane basically walked me through the entire process. Her kindness and helpfulness made the day go much more smoothly than it could have. I got everything moved (just in the nick of time.) It would have been much more difficult if Shane hadn’t been so helpful. And Samantha too! She helped me save some time by removing the locks for me while I was moving stuff. I’ve used other self-storage places in the past. Sometimes it’s difficult to find staff onsite. Sometimes they jack up the price a couple months after you move in. But based on my experience here so far, I highly recommend West Evans Self Storage.
