On top of that, the new phone app–based entry system is fantastic. It’s convenient, reliable, and makes access incredibly simple. Highly recommend Storelocal for anyone looking for a well-run facility with great technology and even better service.

Two people in particular went above and … I’m currently going through a very stressful move, but the staff here made the entire process so much smoother and even turned it into a positive experience. Two people in particular went above and beyond: Shawna and (I believe his name is) Paul. Paul was wonderful on the phone, super friendly, patient, and extremely helpful in getting me started with the process. Shawna then guided me through the move-in process, and she was absolutely amazing too. She not only helped me find a more convenient unit, but she also took the time to clean the unit. She also honored a special offer that Paul gave over the phone, helped me with the gate code and unit lock, and overall made everything feel simple and stress-free. On top of that, she’s incredibly kind, caring, and enjoyable to talk with. I can’t thank them enough and highly recommend them:)
