About Genesis RV & Boat Storage
Few things make storage feel like a chore faster than a long haul just to hitch up the trailer or check on the boat. Genesis RV & Boat Storage sits right at 8630 Alan Rdg Dr in Kiowa, CO 80117, with CO-86 running right alongside the property, so pulling in or out takes only a quick turn off the highway rather than a detour through town. That kind of proximity matters when you’re trying to get on the road before the day gets away from you, and it makes this spot convenient for RV and boat owners in Kiowa who want their rig close enough to grab on short notice.
RV and Boat Storage at 8630 Alan Rdg Dr
The facility accommodates RVs, campers, motorhomes, trailers, boats and jet skis, giving you room to park whatever you’re towing this season. Wide drive aisles make it easier to maneuver larger motorhomes and boat trailers without the back-and-forth that tight lots demand, and an on-site RV dump station means you can handle cleanup before you even leave the property. Whether you’re storing a weekend camper or a full-size motorhome, the space and layout here are built around ease of access.
Security and Access
Perimeter fencing wraps the property, and 24/7 security cameras keep watch around the clock. Remote gate access lets you come and go on your own schedule while keeping the entry point controlled, so you’re not relying on someone else to let you in or out.
What really sets this location apart is simply where it sits. Being right next to CO-86 means your RV or boat is never buried deep off the beaten path, it’s positioned for quick exits and easy returns, which counts for a lot when you’re trying to make the most of a free afternoon or heading out early for a weekend trip.
