He took the time to make sure we got the best available discounts, walked us through everything we needed to know, and made sure we were completely taken care of before we left. On top of that, he even threw in a few extra items he was getting rid of that ended up being incredibly helpful during our move. It’s those thoughtful little touches that really set great customer service apart.
Moving is usually a hectic experience, but Trent’s professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help made a huge difference. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about making sure customers have a great experience.
