She answered all my questions clearly and made sure I felt comfortable with the whole process. You can really tell she cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. And I definitely have to give a big shoutout to Steve as well. Steve was professional, respectful, and super easy to talk to. He made everything quick and efficient while still taking the time to explain things and make sure I was taken care of. Both Christal and Steve made me feel valued as a customer, which honestly means a lot. The facility itself is clean, secure, and very well maintained.
