Easy access, and the covered wash rack and air station are great amenities that allow me to pick my boat up and drop it off without having to bring it to my house in order to wash it then bring it back to storage. Closely located to I-75 when I am going on longer trips. Price is also reasonable for what you get. I highly recommend this place for boat / RV storage.
